Questions and answers
Who can apply?
Any citizen of Kazakhstan aged 18 or over with an ID card and a phone number. We don't check bank history or ask for paperwork.
What documents do I need?
Only your ID card. No income statements, bank statements or guarantors.
How long does approval take?
Usually 15 minutes, from 9 am to 9 pm. We call back, confirm the model and agree on how to hand over the phone.
Can I pay off early?
Yes, at any time and at no extra cost. Pay the balance and the phone is released from collateral.
What if I don't pay on time?
We remind you a day before the payment. On the third day overdue we warn you. On the fifth, the phone locks: emergency calls, incoming calls and payment remain available. Pay and we unlock within 24 hours. There are no late fees or fines, and the amount owed doesn't change.
What if the phone breaks or gets stolen?
Protection is included in the price: repair or replacement if broken, terms in the contract. If it's stolen, message us right away: we lock the phone remotely and work out the next steps together.
Can I choose the colour and storage?
Yes. iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB and iPhone 16 128 GB are in stock; other configurations and colours are on order, 1–3 days.
Delivery or pickup?
Whichever suits you: we deliver within Almaty, or you pick it up at the office. The down payment is made on handover.
Is the phone new and official?
Yes: new, sealed, official supply for Kazakhstan, with the manufacturer's warranty.
Can I apply outside Almaty?
For now we work in Almaty only. Leave a request and we'll message you when we come to your city.
